You can enjoy French-Vietnamese specialties in an art deco and modern décor. This elegant place spreads a relaxing and convivial atmosphere.
RESTAURANT "Le 47"—
Sumai, the restaurant’s owner, has more than 25 years of experience in Parisian catering. Influenced by its Vietnamese origins, her wish is to pay tribute to the French and Vietnamese culture, since these two countries have important meanings for her. Indeed, France is her country of adoption, hence the choice to offer both Vietnamese flavors and traditional French dishes. Whether for dishes to share, on-the-go meals or more sophisticated courses; everyone will find what they are looking for amongst a range of authentic recipes, cooked with fresh products. For those with a sweet tooth, the restaurant also offers a choice of unique pastries made by the famous pastry chef, Arnaud Lahrer, sacred Best Craftsmen of France. Last but not least, a fine wine selection is offered. Our team will have the pleasure to advise you for the wine and food pairing. Our restaurant opens daily from midday to 11pm without interruption.

BREAKFAST—
Enjoy our breakfast as rich as gourmet. Served from 7 am until 10.30 am, it offers: breads, pastries and rusks, various cereals, jams, honey and chocolate spread, hot drinks, fruit juice, eggs (fried, scrambled, boiled, omelette), cold cuts, cheeses, fresh fruit and fruit salad.
Breakfast is also served in your room from 7 am to 11 am at no extra charge (including three hot cooked items of your choice). |
