Rapport qualité/ prix est incohérent, car la chambre est plutôt vielle et n’est pas exceptionnelle. On paye pour l’emplacement. Globalement déçu par le séjour

Tout très bien , dans la chambre , un tarif des boissons du bar aurait été le bienvenu . Nous reviendrons .

We loved our stay! The hotel was beautiful, staff was fantastic. It’s located in a nice clean, safe part of town. The restaurant and bar were very nice and a great place to relax after a long day. Room was great, good size with great furnishings and a great bathroom. We had a balcony with a small table and an Eiffel Tower view. Couldn’t be happier!

The staff in the breakfast room were great and welcoming every morning.

The staff are polite and courteous and the hotel is charming in every way. A stunning property located in the best area with numerous shops and cafes.

The concierge team are truly wonderful and made our stay - thank you. We loved our room - a larger bed would ensure i booked this room again ! Breakfast was fine - the fruit selection wasn’t great but bread etc was delicious. Overall a great stay and hopefully we will be back.

We had a very pleasant stay! The junior suite was amazing with a very nice balcony view. Overall very clean and comfortable.

Excellent location, breakfast until 2:00 pm, as a couple we had a twin beds instead of one king bed which wasn’t comfortable.

Room 317 was above the kitchen? Clog walking back and forth and tables slid across wood floor. Just a noisy worker very early morning. But a beautiful stay and will come back.

I’ve been many times in Paris in many 5 star hotels, this one is 4 star hotel but it can compare with the 5 star hotel. Staff is great, rooms are spacious, location is good, everything was perfect there.

Check was late, even though requested early check-in, and had confirmed check delayed once we did show up...ended up being able to check in 30 mins LATE, even though we were travelling with a baby and had reserved a suite.

Everything about this hotel is great. Location, room size and cleanliness.

Property was in a great location, rooms were nice. Service staff were friendly but concierge and front desk, while efficient, were not very friendly. We had spent 9 weeks in europe and had very friendly people in Germany, Hungary and the most of France so unfortunately the lack of friendliness stood out

The breakfast could have more variety and the food wasn't warm in some cases. There were people around us that keeps slamping their door every-time they went out and the people above us were very noisy.

Amazing location! Room is small- breakfast is very poor. Not worth to pay extra money for few croissants, coffee and OJ. I think for the price they charge you can get à better hotel.

Le 1 er contact avec le personnel de l’hôtel est très désagréable pour le touriste qui vient d’arriver à Paris . Ce n’est pas digne d’un 4 étoiles dans le secteur des champs Élysée.

In the heart of Paris, easy to access and quiet clean hotel

Everything was perfect. Concierge and reception staff were very helpful. My only complaint is on one of the bartenders in the lounge was very rude, did not attend well to us, preferred to have a drink with some guests and delayed our orders on purpose. At one point she refused to communicate in English with me. As for everything else it was perfect.

It was totally unacceptable that we had to wait for 15 minutes, then 30 and afterwards 40 more minutes to have our room ready when we arrived at 15Pm.

Stayed here with my daughter for the weekend. We loved the location, less than a 5minute walk to the Champs Elysees. The rooms were clean. The staff is very helpful and kind.

It's my favourate hotel in Paris , so close to the Champs and too practical to move from /to any place in the city . Cosy , lovely staff and convenient if your are staying for Business , family or couple ....
